Bhubaneswar: In a matter of pride, Odia girl Ranjita Behera to represent the State in Snow Skiing Skier event in the upcoming Khelo India Winter Games set to be held in Gulmarg, Jammu next month.
Ranjita is the first women from Odisha to take part in a national level skiing event.
Odisha Sports Minister Tusharkanti Behera felicitated Ranjita Behera and wished her good luck for the event.
Similarly, the Sports and Youth Services Department has also wished Ranjita very best for her unique endeavour.
Further, Ranjita will also represent Odisha in the Senior National Ski and Snowboard Championship 2021 in Uttarakhand.
